We understand the significant differences between regular cleaning and post-renovation cleaning services. We will manage all aspects of the cleaning, including scheduling, to work in conjunction with your contractor’s trades, designers, and architects to ensure that your post-renovation cleaning is completed effectively and efficiently.

Construction Cleaning:

We will remove trash, dirt and small debris from the interior of the unit and dispose of it in accordance with the project’s needs. The unit will then be thoroughly swept out:

Clean walls (includes dust, dirt, scuffs, smudges)

THIS WILL GET THE UNIT READY FOR THE INCOMING PAINTING, FLOORING, FIXTURES AND CABINETRY INSTALLERS.

Final

Interior Final Cleaning:

In-depth cleaning of all interior surfaces

Vacuuming and dusting of all surfaces and upholstery, from ceilings and walls to floors
Complete disinfection of kitchens and bathrooms
Gentle cleaning of floors, baseboards, cabinets, counters, light fixtures, appliances

UPON COMPLETION OF THIS STAGE, THE UNIT IS MOVE-IN READY

Exterior

Exterior Cleaning:

We give the exterior of the building the finishing touches as well:

Exterior window cleaning
Clean exterior lights and remove any stickers
Power washing entrance ways
