Hotel Style Cleaning

Our service designed to be efficient in time and cost. A focus on cleaning essentials to make your guests happy.

The Hotel Style Cleaning Service includes:

KITCHEN

  • Wipe cabinet doors

  • Clean appliances

  • Wipe counter tops

  • Empty trash

  • Taking out the trash.

  • Vacuum then mop floor

Deep Cleaning

Although cleaning your vacation rental between guest check-outs will keep your property looking fresh and tidy most of the time, it’s important to schedule periodic deep cleanings of your unit, too.

LIMPIO recommends to perform a deep cleaning service every 5 short reservations or after any stay longer than 15 days.

The Deep Cleaning service includes: all Hotel Style Cleaning services plus an In-depth cleaning of all interior surfaces:

  • Vacuuming and dusting of all surfaces and upholstery, from ceilings and walls to floors

  • Complete disinfection of kitchens and bathrooms

  • Gentle cleaning of floors, baseboards, cabinets, counters, light fixtures, appliances

  • All glass, stone, and metal surfaces gently cleaned

  • Dust removal from blinds, fans, air ducts, vents, light fixtures

  • Window cleaning, including sills, window frames, and glass

  • Cleaning the tops of doors, door knobs, hardware, moldings

  • Sweep scrape and hose/clean off stairs, landings, walks, decks, patios, garage floors, basement
